Ward Three
A personal message from Bob Pollard
I am proud to be a part of the team that brings prosperity to
Natchez and which helps to revive existing businesses. I believe
Natchez is on the rebound, and I can help with the revitalization
efforts. I have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. I
believe communication and teamwork are vital to Natchez’ success,
and I consider it an honor to serve our community. We all must use
common sense and good judgment when making decisions that affect
the City of Natchez, Adams County and the entire Miss-Lou area.
Since elected in 2004, I have been extremely active in learning
how to be the best Alderman I can be. I attend as many functions
and meetings as I possibly can. I participate in discussions with
the residents and learn how I can help them. I know that while
aldermen are responsible for their individual wards, their
decisions affect the entire city.
I have and will continue to work diligently with the tourism
industry to strengthen our city through the utilization of our
vast resources to promote and grow the tourism industry.
I am Chairman of the Fire Committee. a member of the Street Committee and Police and Traffic Committee.
A lifelong resident of Natchez, I join my wife and our three children
as members of Parkway Baptist Church
.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of
Southern Mississippi. Professionally, I am a Registered Forester
and co-owner of a small business.
