Located on the first floor of the City Hall, the City Clerk's office maintains records and minutes regarding City Council meetings and certifies all ordinances and resolutions. This office also serves as custodian of the City Seal and official records, and also as Registrar of Voters for those living within the city limits. The City Clerk acts as treasurer of the municipality and carries out orders for payments as spread on the minutes. This office is also responsible for receiving and accounting for all municipal finances, supervising accounting, purchasing, issuance of Privilege Licenses, information, data processing, elections, budget management, and records management.
